Aprilia has expanded its lineup with the introduction of the Tuono 457, a naked roadster that combines sporty performance with everyday usability. Unveiled at the EICMA 2024, the Tuono 457 is set to compete in the 400cc segment, offering a blend of agility and power.

Design and Aesthetics
The Tuono 457 features a compact and aggressive design, characterized by its triple full-LED headlight cluster that pays homage to Aprilia’s iconic style. The small spoiler enhances aerodynamics, reminiscent of the legendary Tuono 1000 R. Its exposed frame and sporty stance underscore its performance-oriented nature.
Engine and Performance
At the heart of the Tuono 457 lies a 457cc DOHC 4-valve parallel-twin engine, delivering 48 horsepower at 9,400 rpm and 32 lb-ft of torque at 6,700 rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, ensuring smooth power delivery and responsive acceleration.

Chassis and Suspension
The Tuono 457 is built on a twin-spar aluminum chassis, providing a balance of rigidity and flexibility for enhanced handling. It features a 41mm front fork with 120mm of travel and a rear monoshock, both offering adjustable settings to suit various riding conditions.
Technology and Features
The Tuono 457 boasts a 5-inch color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, providing riders with essential information and smartphone integration. It offers multiple ride modes—Eco, Sport, and Rain—allowing riders to tailor the bike’s performance to their preferences and riding conditions.

Pricing and Availability
The Tuono 457 is expected to be launched in India on February 17th and 18th, 2025. Bookings have commenced at select dealerships, with a nominal fee of ₹10,000. The anticipated price range is between ₹4 lakh and ₹5 lakh.
